Ingredients

Basil Syrup Ingredients

1 cup sugar
1 cup water
10 large basil leaves

Preparation

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add GREY GOOSE Vodka, lime juice and basil syrup.
  3. Shake well and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
  4. Garnish with basil leaf.
Basil Syrup Preparation
  1. In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water.
  2. Bring to a boil over moderate heat, stirring about 3 minutes to dissolve the sugar.
  3. Remove from heat. Add basil leaves and let cool.
  4. Strain into an airtight container and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Keeps refrigerated for up to 3 weeks.
Tips

Great when made using fresh basil from the garden. Fresh made basil syrup is perfect for your summer entertaining.
