St. Germain® Elderflower Liqueur

Parts
Juiced Cucumber

Lemon Juice

Parts
Simple Syrup
½
Parts
Lemonade or Club Soda

Preparation

  1. In a cocktail shaker, mix all ingredients.
  2. Shake vigoriously and double strain.
  3. Serve in a highball glass with cubed ice and garnish with mint, cumcumber slices and lemon zest.
  4. Top with lemonade or club soda.
Tips

Use peeled cucumber, the skin will add a slight bitterness.
