Fino Sherry

Orange Bitters

Preparation

  1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add all ingredients and shake vigorously.
  2. Strain into a chilled martini cocktail glass, and present with a lemon twist.
Tips

Fino is a very dry sherry. If your tastes vary, experiment with a different variety.
