Preparation

  1. In the bottom of a cocktail shaker, place celery and cilantro and muddle well.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, and shake vigorously.
  3. Double strain into a rocks glass with one large ice cube.
  4. Present with a Chinese celery straw.
Tips

Try serving this cocktail over one large ice cube to combat dilution. You can create glass-sized ice cubes by freezing water in disposable cups. An interesting garnish for this cocktail is Chinese celery, which you can turn into a straw by cutting the leaves off.
