Peychaud's Bitters

Infusion Ingredients

1 basil bunch
1/2 bottle of limoncello
4 drops of vanilla essence
15 drops of Oregano aromatic oils
1/4 litre of water

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with cubed ice.
  2. Shake vigorously and finely strain into a coupette and garnish with a couple of drops of Peychaud's bitters on a lemon twist.
Infusion Preparation
  1. Chop all basil and add all ingredients but the water in a recipient and leave to rest for 24 hours.
  2. Then add hot water and pour over tray with dry ice.
Tips

Verjuice is an acidic juice, made with sour fruit. It is available in most specialty grocery shops.
