Preparation

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the 3 blackberries and simple syrup and muddle well.
  2. Add ice and remaining ingredients.
  3. Shake well until the outside of the shaker is frosted and beaded with sweat.
  4. Strain into martini glass and garnish with a blackberry speared like an olive.
Tips

This is a wonderfully fruity and refreshing drink. Feel free to substitute raspberries along with crème de framboise or strawberries and crème de frais.
