Preparation

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients with plenty of cubed ice.
  2. Shake vigorously until shaker beads with sweat.
  3. Finish with a squeeze of grapefruit rind to release essential oils.
  4. Spray the inside of a martini glass with rose water and serve with a white flower.
Tips

Try blending fresh lychees. They will bring less sweetness and a bright, refeshing nuance to the cocktail.
