6 sprigs of rosemary
3 cups hot water

Apricot/Ginger Syrup

1 jar of organic apricot jam
2 tsp ground ginger
2 cups water

Preparation

  1. Combine citrus and Apricot Syrup in a punch bowl, stir until Syrup has dissolved, add Rosemary Water, orange bitters and GREY GOOSE® Le Citron, add large cubes of ice and stir until chilled. 
  2. Garnish with slices of lemon, lime, orange and grapefruit. 
Rosemary Scented Water
  1. Steep rosemary in hot water for 15 min as to extract the oils, strain and chill immediately.
Apricot/Ginger Syrup
  1. Add all ingredients to a sauce pan, simmer till apricot jam completely breaks down, remove from heat and cool.
