1 ½ oz	GREY GOOSE® Vodka
½ oz	MARTINI® Bitter
3 oz	Fluffy Grapefruit Juice
½ oz	Soda Water
+	Grapefruit Wedge
+	Pink Salt
+	Pink Peppercorn

How to Make

Blend fresh grapefruit juice in a blender without ice, or use a milk frother, to make the grapefruit juice "fluffy".
Build all liquid ingredients in a highball glass over ice and stir.
Dip the grapefruit wedge garnish in equal parts pink salt and pink peppercorn and place halfway in the glass.
