Recipe Ingredients

1 ½ oz GREY GOOSE® Vodka
1 oz Simple Syrup
¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
2 dashes Colonial Bitters
1 oz Sparkling Wine
+ Mint Sprig
+ Dehydrated Apple Slice

How to Make

  1. Add all ingredients except sparkling wine into shaker.
  2. Shake and pour over fresh ice in large rocks glass.
  3. Add sparkling wine, fold with bar spoon and garnish with dehydrated apple and fresh mint.
