½ oz	ST-GERMAIN® Elderflower Liqueur
¾ oz	Fresh Squeezed Grapefruit Juice
¼ oz	Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
¼ oz	Simple Syrup
+	Sugar

How to Make

Rub a lemon wedge around the rim of a cocktail glass.
Roll the moistened glass in the sugar.
In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients.
Shake well and double strain into chilled martini glass.
Garnish with pink grapefruit zest.
