Ingredients

50 ml	GREY GOOSE® La Poire Flavoured Vodka
25 ml	Simple Syrup
5 ml	Pastis
2 dashes	Angostura® Aromatic Bitters
+	Pear slice or Lemon Twist

How to Make

Place one large ice cube in a cocktail glass.
Add pastis, swirl to coat the glass and let stand to chill.
Add GREY GOOSE® La Poire, Angostura bitters and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and stir deliberately.
Discard ice and pastis from glass.
Strain cocktail into prepared cocktail glass and serve with a pear slice or lemon twist.
