Quite literally, après-ski is French for “after skiing,” so our French heritage makes us natural-born experts. Typically, après-ski encompasses any social activities or entertainment after a time hitting the slopes. Those activities will often include some after-skiing drinks.
Really you can drink whatever you want after a long day of skiing. But typically there are three types that might work best: simple serves you can make in the cabin, heated drinks to help warm you up and a classic cocktail that’s always in fashion.
You've got enough gear to lug up the mountain, and you'll need to conserve your energy. So if you don’t want to bring a lot of ingredients with you to the cabin, you can also just take a couple with our two-ingredient cocktail recipes.
