30 ml GREY GOOSE® Vodka
10 ml ST-GERMAIN® Elderflower Liqueur
15 ml Fresh Lemon Juice
22 ½ ml Homemade Sage & Rosemary Syrup
2 drops French Absinthe
40 ml Soda Water
+ Fresh Sage

How to Make

  1. Shake first four ingredients together and double-strain into an ice-cold flute.
  2. Top with 40 ml ice cold soda water.
  3. Add two drops of French Absinthe.
