Ingredients

60 ml	GREY GOOSE® La Poire Vodka
60 ml	Fresh, Clear Apple Juice
15 ml	Acacia Honey Syrup (2 parts acacia honey, 1 part warm water)
15 ml	Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
+	Cucumber Ice Cubes
+	Fennel & Dill Fronds
+	Basil Leaves

How to Make

Add liquid ingredients and cucumber ice to shaker.
Shake in a cocktail shaker and double strain using a mesh sieve over clear ice into a Collins glass.
Garnish with fresh fennel and dill fronds, topped with baby basil leaves.

To make cucumber ice cubes, blend one whole cucumber. Strain through a mesh sieve or cheesecloth into an ice cube tray and freeze overnight.
