Recipe Ingredients
| 35 ml | GREY GOOSE® Vodka |
| 10 ml | Late-bottled Vintage Port |
| 25 ml | Lemon Juice |
| 10 ml | Simple Syrup |
| 25 ml | Rose Champagne |
| + | Rose Champagne Foam |
How to Make
- In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients (except the foam and the rose champagne).
- Muddle and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a chilled flute.
- Float rose champagne and foam on top.
- Foam Ingredients - 14 parts raspberry puree, 4 parts water, 2 tsp vegetarian gelatin
