Recipe Ingredients

400 ml GREY GOOSE® L'Orange Flavoured Vodka
600 ml Plum Wine
200 ml Lime Juice
25 ml Simple Syrup
4 Plums diced
12 Shiso Leaves

How to Make

  1. In a large pitcher, combine diced plum, shiso leaves and simple syrup and muddle well.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir.
  3. Adjust sweetness by adding more syrup if necessary.
  4. Strain into a rocks glass and garnish with a plum slice and shiso leaf.
  5. Serves eight.
