Ingredients

2 ½ oz GREY GOOSE® Essences Strawberry & Lemongrass
½ oz Pineapple & Butterfly Pea Flower Tea Syrup
3 dashes Peach Bitters

How to Make

  1. Make butterfly pea flower tea syrup (see note below).
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice.
  3. Stir deliberately and strain into a chilled martini glass.
  4. Garnish with dehydrated pineapple.

Make the syrup by simmering ½ cup butterfly pea flower tea leaves, 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar. Strain and cool before using in your cocktail.
