Ingredients

35 ml GREY GOOSE® Vodka
10 ml Late-bottled Vintage Port
25 ml Lemon Juice
10 ml Simple Syrup
25 ml Rose Champagne
+ Rose Champagne Foam

How to Make

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients (except the foam and the rose champagne).
  2. Muddle and shake vigorously.
  3. Strain into a chilled flute.
  4. Float rose champagne and foam on top.
  5. Foam Ingredients - 14 parts raspberry puree, 4 parts water, 2 tsp vegetarian gelatin
