Ingredients

50 ml GREY GOOSE® Essences Strawberry & Lemongrass
15 ml Pineapple & Butterfly Pea Flower Tea Syrup
3 dashes Peach Bitters

How to Make

  1. Make butterfly pea flower tea syrup (see note below).
  2. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice.
  3. Stir deliberately and strain into a chilled martini glass.
  4. Garnish with dehydrated pineapple.

Make syrup by simmering 25 grams butterfly pea flower tea leaves, 250 ml water and 250 ml sugar. Strain and cool before using in your cocktail.
